(“Plaxful.io”, “we”, “our” or “us”) with respect to your access and use of the Plaxful.io website located at plaxful.io (the “site”) and Plaxful.io’s products and services (collectively, the “service”), so that you can make an informed decision about using the Service. GEOGRAPHY

Plaxful.io is a p2p exchange platform developed and targeted for Africans especially Nigerians; freelancers, BDCs, international business customers, and other currency exchangers generally. As a result, information that we collect, including personal information, may be transferred to our servers, database or local office: to permit us to comply with legal and contractual obligations, to provide information and services to prospective and current clients, and to perform related business activities. In addition, we may provide information to third-party service providers in Nigeria and in other countries to the extent necessary to support Plaxful.io’s business activities, and we may access personal information collected by our customers to support the Services that we provide to our customers. Thus, personal information may be transferred to and stored on our database located in Nigeria and in countries different from the country in which the information was initially collected.

Similarly, information we collect may be accessed by Plaxful.io and our third-party service providers and business partners from countries other than the ones in which the information is stored.

WHAT IS PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?

    Refer-A-Friend If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the Service, we will ask you for your friend's contact information. We may use telephone numbers, email addresses, by Facebook and other social networks to invite friends to use the Service. Plaxful.io stores the contact information of your friends for the sole purpose of inviting your friends to use the Service and tracking the success of our referral program. Links to Other Websites The Service may contain links to other websites. Any personally identifiable information you provide on the linked pages is provided directly to that third-party and is subject to that third-party's privacy policy. This Policy does not apply to such linked websites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of these websites or any other websites that are linked to/from the Service. Security – What Steps Do We Take To Protect Your Information Online? We hold the right to data/user information on our platform and we will protect our user at all cost unless the user is in breach of our terms and conditions, or in situations and circumstances of scam, money laundry, or any other cogent reason which could hamper or damage the image of Plaxful.io and may warrant the release of such information to government authorities. What Choices Do You Have Regarding the Use of Your Information? You may "opt-out" of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. You may also opt-out of such marketing emails by following the instructions within such emails or emailing us at Plaxful.io support.
